About 70-90% of menstrual women suffer from PMS and about 10% of menstrual women suffer from PMDD, a severe form of PMS. Even though PMS is not considered a serious illness, for many women it’s severe enough to affect their work, relationships and quality of life.
What makes it more challenging is that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to PMS. Certain lifestyle changes and remedies have proven successful in helping women relieve PMS symptoms. But it’s up to each woman to find out what works best for her, and make the necessary lifestyle changes.
And for many women this is the greatest challenge of all.
Cycle Harmony.com provide tools, information and community support to help women take on this challenge - to discover their own PMS/PMDD relief and create healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives. And it’s our hope that in this process, more and more women will also discover and reclaim the richness and true power of their femininity.
