"Today I feel it is my duty to write to you to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work and your dedication to provide us with information and sound knowledge. You see, last year I gave up smoking and decided to get into a routine of running 3 times a week in order to improve my health and build self confidence. I can only say that this has been one of the best choices I have ever made for myself. However, I was still drinking a lot and I could not find a way to slow down or give it up. As I kept reading your posts on Facebook, I realized that I was really harming my body and that if I didn't do something about it I would be in serious trouble. So I took the decision to stop drinking and things improved rapidly. I started to sleep better, deeper and longer. I bought turmeric power to flavor all my meals (I go through half a kilo of turmeric powder a month) and I also started drinking dandelion tea on a daily basis. Since I gave up drinking everyday, my moods, my relations with people and my life in general have improved immensely for the better. Now if I have a drink, it's only in a social situation surrounded by people to celebrate a birthday or a special event. "I've been using the period tracker for nearly a year now and it's seen me through some challenging times. It's helped in predicting my periods, but also make sense of other symptoms I hadn't previously thought of as pms. Having the tracker is a great tool in keeping tabs on health conditions and wellbeing. I've also recently started using the lifestyle tracker and I love it. "What I find most helpful is that the book explains how each element applies to my personal situation, from my personality archetype, the strengths and weaknesses in my lifestyles, to the possible imbalances in my health.
