Looks like there are some misconceptions about our “30-day Challenge to a Healthier Lifestyle.” So I want to take this opportunity to address your questions and provide some clarifications:

 

1. I don’t know how to join. I have problem/difficulty signing up.

Joining is very simple. Here are the steps:

  • First sign in to your account.
  • On the right-hand column below the “Members” block, you’ll see the a block called the “Latest Groups.”
  • Select group “30-day Challenge to a Healthier Lifestyle.”
  • Click on “Join Group.”
  • Start sharing your goals, challenges, tips and triumphs on a daily basis.

2.  I have a busy summer. I haven’t been online as much.

No worries. We’ll be doing our “30-day Challenge” every month. Each month we’ll pick one health habit to focus on, and do it together. You can jump in at any time!

3. Price.

Our “30-day Challenge” is free for members. You can join us as soon as you register a free account and become a member of the Cycle Harmony community.

4. I feel shy and self-conscious. I’m concerned about privacy. Or I don’t feel comfortable sharing with people I don’t know.

Sharing your status update on a daily basis is such an important part of the process. It creates public accountability and helps you stay on track to achieve your goals.

Check out what Anna wrote in a recent update:

“Have to share with you ladies that writing in this blog helps me to keep myself together and continue working on my goals. Working on gaining more confidence in myself by "good thoughts" therapy and Qigong practices.”

Unlike Facebook, your partners, friends, and co-workers will not see what you share with our community. You have the freedom to truly express yourselves with other women who have similar experiences and share similar goals.

We only know you by your name – the name you used to register. If you’re really concerned about privacy, use a screen name – a name that allows you to break your inhibition and be who you truly are.

If you would like to change your current name, let me know and I’ll change it for you.

For those of you who have joined and shared, I want to thank you for your participation. You have inspired me to keep up with my own goals. And I’ve also borrowed several of your good tips and daily practices :)

Success breeds success. Let’s not be shy to brag about our little triumphs – and this is definitely the place for it!

I like the idea of keeping the challenges as a continues thing. After all we are challenging by doing something every day. And it keeps us motivated. Thank You Jing!
