Well, I found one that I like. There are only five exercises. You do each one with full intensity in 20 seconds, rest for 40 seconds to catch your breath, and then continue on with the next one. All in all, it’ll only take less than 10 minutes – perfect for a short break from my computer or desk. Enjoy! If you have a good exercise routine of your own, please share it with us!
